The diagram below shows that the process of recycling process of plastic bottles. In this essay i’ll explain how the recycling process works and how many stage it needs to make products.
The journey begins with the collection of plastic bottles, once done collecting, the bottles are transported to the recycling center. At the recycling center, the first step is sorting. Workers separate different type of plastics to ensure that only compatible materials are processed further. This is crucial because mixing different type of plastics can lead to hindering the recycling process. After sorting, the bottles are washed to remove any contaminants.
Once done cleaning the bottles are crushed into small pieces, then later crushed and becoming compressed into one large block and lastly final stage involves processing these blocks. They are heated to create raw materials, which is formed into small pallets. Then these small pates become product and produce variety of new products. And this entire process restart, again and again.
