The given process illustrates how plastic containers are recycled. This is a cyclical man-made process.
Looking from an overall perspective, it is obvious that there are nine stages, starting from bottles collection to transforming into new useful products.
As regards the first, plastic bottles are disposed separately into the recycle bin, which are then transported by a garbage truck to a recycling centre. Next step is sorting out of the collected items into usable and non-usable substances. This is followed by compressing stage that makes the bottles into large square blocks using high pressure before crushing them into smaller pieces using machines.
After cleaning the crushed plastics in a water tank, they are made into pellets with miller. Following this, heating process is done and made the molten plastics into stacks of raw materials. Finally, they are moulded into useful products, such as boxes, clothing, recycle bag and many other things. This cycle will restart after distributing them in the markets.
