Overall, there are nine main stages involved in the production of the plastic bottles starting with the gathering of the plastic bottles and ending with the creation of new reusable products and container. It is notable that the process is cyclical and involves both mechanical and physical steps.
At the initial stage, the plastic bottles are thrown into the trash bins by people. Next, the collection of rubish is transported by garbage truck so that it can be soarted for recycling in the following stages. After compressing bottles into the blocks for further processing, these bottles are crushed with special mechanisms and cleaned with water. The plastic pellets are produced, before the pellets are heated in order to form raw materials. Once the producing of the raw materials has been completed, the raw materials are made to produce containers, bottles, clothes, pencils and plastic bags.
