Then, it takes 3 weeks to draw a blueprint as the architectural and the visual foundation right after the visit. Once two steps have been done, then obtaining approval, employing builders, and ensuring coverage are the next to-do activities before finally kicking off the project.
Building phases take as much time as the preparation’s. The first thing to do is to pour concrete foundation which amounts to 2-week time. As the foundation has been firmly set, then other necessary steps such as making frame, placing walls and roof, fitting windows, and installing plumbing as well as electrical sources and lines can be done. These processes last for 6 weeks. Ultimately, painting the house can be done concurrently with the final stage of plumbing and electricity installation.
