The give diagram shows the complete flow process of building a new house.
The different stages are mentioned on the left hand side of the diagram and the scheduled week for that particular operation is mentioned in the incremental mannner from left to right hand side. The scheduled weeks are also splited into two categories of task’s as follow, first will be preparation and second will be building.
The first categourie of the scheduled work starts from 1st week by assess site, then followed by drawn up plan which takes 3 weeks of time from 2nd week to 5th week respectively, Then obtain approval for the plan takes around 2 weeks of time accourding to the plan which will be done on 5th-6th week. Hireing builder and prurchaseing insurance is performed on 7th week as per plan. Preparing site will be the last task of the first categourie preparation of tasks which is performed on 8th week.
After completion of 1st preparation categourie tasks, it has to be followed by 2nd categourie building. It starts on 9 the week by pouring the foundation for the approved plan of the building which takes 2 weeks of time and eds on 10th week as schedule. Then followed by constructing the frames on the 11th week, next followed by constructing walls and roof which need two weeks from 12th week – 13 the week. Fitting windows are done in the 14th week. Instalation of Plumbing and electric connections are preforemd on 15th and 16th week, simultainsly on 16th week paint extrior and interior works are performed and completion of task on the same week.
