The given process depicts the way how to treat tea products. Overall, there are five stages for each kind of tea produced, beginning with frying tea leaves and ending with two types of tea, Pu-erh Riep Tea and Vintage Pu-erh Raw Tea.
At the first stage, the tea leaves are dried by the pan. After the drying process, the amount of tea is rolled and becomes flat in the next step. Then, the amount of tea is dried under the sun until it becomes Loose Raw Tea at the following stage. The Loose Raw Tea is separated into two sorts of the producing process to create two types of tea. Subsequently, The first part of the Loose Raw Tea experiences fermentation by mold before becoming Loose Ripe Tea in the fourth step. This is followed by the Loose Ripe Tea that is compressed and forms Pu-erh Ripe Tea.
Thereby, the second part of Loose Raw Tea in step three also experiences compression into Pu-er Raw Tea. Having been stored for a long time, the Pu-er Raw Tea is aging, and the old tea is Vintage Pu-erh Raw Tea in the final stage.
