Overall, there are six main processes involved in the manufacturing of these raisins, the seventh process is demonstrating the ways in which thes produced raisins are marketed.
The first three phases include the harvesting, the fruits are harvested; the harvested fruits are dried for a maximum of three weeks after which they are transported .
The second half of the production starts after the raisins are transported. The dried are moved to be cleaned, washed and sorted into different sizes; they are categorized into smaller and larger raisins. The processed raisins are finally packaged for sales, there are three ways in which these products are released to the general public; it can be sold in grocery stores. Commercial bakeries also make use of these processed fruits, some of the raisins are shipped to these bakeries while the rest are exported abroad.
