Overall, the process of producing the dried fruit have 7 steps. There are two different process which are producing from scratch into the products and distributing the products into the market.

First, the grapes from the field are harvested and collected into the big basket. After that, the grapes are dried on below sun which takes 2-3 weeks, the process of drying the grapes is very basic not using the drying machine. Next, the producer will transport it into the plant with the truck. The dried grapes are entered into the cleaner machine to separate the cuticle grapes and make it into the raisins. For making sure the raisins are cleaned, they put it into the washing area, it is washed by shower machine. Then, the grapes are sorted into two categories: the small and larger raisins.

Finally, the sorted raisins are packaged and distributed into many places like the grocery stores, the commercial bakery and it exported into many countries.
