The picture illustrates how smoked fish are made.
Overall, it is obvious that there are 13 steps in producing smoked fish, beginning with catching fish and ending with selling the final products at the fish shops.
The first step is that the fisherman catches the fish in the ocean with a giant net. After that, the fish that just have been caught are pulled up to a boat to transport to the port. Subsequently, fish are stored at a below-freezing temperature before being thawed in fresh water. Stage 6 of the process involves cutting the fish open into small pieces.
The process continues with coloring the fish in a mixture of salt water and yellow food coloring. Following this, colored fish is smoked in a specific machine before packaging in a box. Packages of fish then are frozen at 0 degrees Celcius and are stored at a cold temperature for distribution. Finally, the final fish packages are delivered to fish shops for commercial purposes and sold to consumers.
