The reproduction of glass bottles are illustrated in the cyclic diagram.
This is a man-made process, containing nine distinct stages. The program starts with individuals disposing the bottles in the right trash vans, and end with the utilizing these products again. A continuous loop involves main sorting, crushing and melting steps in the progress of recycling the used bottles.
At the first stage, the already consumed bottles are disposed in the specific bins, which then collected by municipal trucks. The collected glass bottles are washed intensively, and sorted according to their colour: green, clear and brown. The following step involves crushing them into smaller pieces.
In the sixth step, the crushed pieces are melted via heat and turned into a liquid substance. Giving them a form of the bottle by molds is the penultimate stage. Once the end product is cooled, it is then passed to distribution vehicles for consumption. As a result, the process commences again.
