Overall, it can be seen that’s a man-made manufacturing process, which involves 9 main steps, starting with using a such type of bottle and ending with distribution with a help of special trucks.
At the first stage glass bottle is used and thrown into a recycling bin and when trash can is full, it’s taken to be disposed. After that, glass waste is collected to vehicle, that takes away all the garbage.
At the special centre, bottles gather together in the plastic box with an eco-symbol on it, to be washed off the dirt and be clean. Once washed, they need to be sorted by 3 categories of colours such as: green, white and brown. After that they are crushed by special mechanism which will make of them glass pellets. Then, they will be melted under a boiler that uses fire to turn them into liquid. Finally, this liquid is shaped to bottles, and contributed with a truck, ending this manufacturing process.
