The process diagram represents how glass bottles are reprocessed.
Overall, the recycling process consists of nine stages and represents a continuous cycle from collecting and washing the bottles to disposing of them into a disposer cane.
The first stage involves gathering bottles using the truck. Once the bottle is collected, they are washed and sorted according to different sizes and shapes. During the subsequent phase, these bottles are crushed using a crushing system. A melting machine is used to melt the crushed bottles, which are then translated into liquid form according to their original colour.
After this period, to give a shape, bottles are passed through different shapes according to the needs of the consumer. The bottles are then delivered using vehicles for their use. After using the new products, people disposed it again into the container or dustbin. And then the bottles are collected by trucks from the dustbin, and the process gets repeated again for the next process.
