The diagram below illustrates how cotton products are manufactured, outlining the various stages involvedi n the process from the production sequence of cotton products from the raw materials stage to shipment.
Overall, the process consists of nine stages, begining with cotton production and ending with the shipmen of the final products. Throughout the process, the raw materials undergoes several manifacturig, testing and packaging procuders before being delivered to costumers.
Initially, cotton is harvested and converted into yarn. The yarn is then knitted or woven in order to produce fabric. Following this, the fabric is processed and subsequently subjected to laboratory testing to ensure that meets the required quality standards.
Once the fabric has been approved, it is cut into appropriate pieces and stitched together to create finidhes products. The completed items are then packaged and accompanied by the necessary documentation. In the final stge, the packaged prosucts are shipped to their destinations, thereby completing the production sycle.
