The given diagram illustrates the sequence of fabrics production from the cotton.
Overall, it is partially automated linear process, it can be divided into three main stages such as fabric creation, quality control and shaping, moreover preparing to the delivery. The process includes manual force and stitching machines.
Starting with the cotton product creating, at first the cotton is turned into the yarn as the special machines stretches them up. Next, in order to get the fabric these yarns are knitted or weaved. Fabrics are then processed to create materials suitable for manufacturing future products. Then materials are passed through the test to find out any defects there.
Afterwards, preparation stage for goods transportation begins. First, products which are successfully passed the testing are sent to cutting stage to get ideal shape. These are then stitched and form final products. Following this stage, prepared goods are packaged and accompanied by informational documents for shipment. Finally, as products are done with formal stage the goods are transported by ship and are reached to the needed destinations.
