The diagram illustrates the various stages involved in the production and processing of milk and diary products for commercial sale.
Overall, the the process consists of eight steps, starting with cows grazing in fields to eventual production of milk products.
This progress begin with cows grazing in fields in order to get milk. Twice a day, the cows are milked by specialized milking machine and the collected milk is is sent to the refrigeration storage to maintain fresh. Following this, the milk is transported daily by the milk tanker to diary for further progress.
At the dairy, the milk undergoes pasteurization and packaging stage, making it suitable for consumption and distribution to supermarkets and shops. Additionally, some of the milk is made into other dairy products such as cheese, cream and butter for package and sent to retailers. Finally, milk products are ready for consumption.
