Given is a diagram illustrating the process of producing milk and milk related products for selling in supermarkets and shops. As can be seen in the figure, there are various steps in this process beginning with cows grazing and culminating in delivery to supermarkets and shops.
First of all, cows are allowed to graze freely to ensure that they are healthy and well-fed. subsequently, they are taken into milking machines twice a day, where the fresh milked raw milk is collected. Acquired raw milk is then stored in refrigerations in order to maintain its freshness. After that, preserved milk is transported daily to the dairy by specialised milk tankers.
In dairy, the milk is processed in two ways. In one method, it is used to produce various dairy products such as cheese, cream, and butter. In the other method, the milk undergoes pasteurisation and is packed. In the next step after these stages, all products are ready to be distributed and sold in supermarkets and shops across the region.
