The diagram illustrates the process of producing and preparing milk and diary products for commercial sale.
Overall, it is clearly seen that the process of milk production involves five main stages. It starts with grazing cows and ends with milk and other related products taken to stores for sailing.
To begin with, cows eat grass in a field. Then, the cows are taken to the firm where they are milked by a machine. Milking cows is performed twice a day. After the cows have been milked the milk is sent to refrigeration storage in order to keep it fresh. Subsequently, a milk tanker delivers it to a dairy everyday. At the dairy stage , dairy products are prepared such as cheese , cream and butter. Then milk is pasteurized and packaged in plastic bottles.
Finally, the processed products are delivered to supermarkets and shops where customers can purchase it for consumption.
