This diagram illustrates the process and tools which are used in the cement-making process and how cement produces concrete for construction of buildings. Overall, cement production undergoes many stages from conversion of limestone to cement bags and concrete production undergoes with mixture of different components from cement to small stones.
The first diagram describes the process starts with limestone and clay are crushed together to form a fine powder after this it is sent through mixer by rotating heater which is heated from outside and forms a substance from which it is again ground to produce the cement and now it is packed with bag
The second diagram shows concrete production which all other sources are combined with specific proportions. For example, cement accounted for 15 %, 10% of water is added ,sand and small stones were added with 25% and 50% respectively in a Concrete mixer which grinds to produce concrete for production.
