The diagram illustrates the way in which cement is made and how it is used ib the process of making concrete.
Overall, cement production involves five main stages, beginning with the cruch of clay and limestone and ending with packaging in the big bags. In contrast, production of concrete simpleer than production of cement. It mixed four items (cement, water, sand and gravel).
Firstly, production of cement is started with mixing two materials (limestone and clay) by used crucher. After which, powder is made then, thay are mixed in mixer. Then, they are passed into rotating heater which has constant heat applied at one end of the tube. In the result, cement is packed in different bags.
Next, in the production of concrete , four materials are mixed together: cement, water, sand and gravel. Cement accounts for 15% of the mixture, while water makes up 10%. Sand represents 25%, and gravel, which consists of small stones, forms the largest proportion at 50%. They are then combined in a concrete mixer. As a result, concrete is produced and is ready for use in constraction.
