The diagram illustates the phases and aquipment used in the cement-making process, and how cement is used to create concrete for building purposes.
Overall, the cement production process contains five stages. In first stage there are limestone and clay, while in last step there are bages. Similarly the concrete production process contains two steps. In first phase there are cement, water and gravel and at last step there is machine.
In detail, in the first step of cement production there are limestone and clay which are broken down in a crusher machine and produce powder. While in second step these powder are mixed togather in mixer. Then it is inter to rotating heater rotation and heat is provided. While in fourth stage it is converted into cement by grinder, lastly it is stored are in the bags. In contrast, the first step of concrete production contains cement(15%), water(10%), sand(25%) and gravel(50%) are mixed togather with the help of concerte mixer and then it is converted into concerte.
