The maps illustrate the current office building design and its plans on future development.
Overall, there will be a lot of changes, including removing some parts such as grass areas, kitchen, canteen, relocation and reorganizing rooms.
In the current design, grass areas are in two right and left sides of the map, and the entrance is in the southern side of the layout, leading directly to a reception area. there is a row of four narrow offices that are in a vertically oriented rectangle shape to the left side of the reception area, while in the opposite side there are a kitchen, a canteen and a stock room arranged from left to right. Furthermore, there is also a restroom in the northeast corner near the stockroom.
In the future, the only area that remain unchange is the stockroom. The reception area will be relocated leftwards to the center of the southern side and expanded significantly, nearly doubling in size. The four offices will be replace by two new horizontal offices, which are placed in the two side of the reception room. Opposite the reception, the kitchen and canteen will be removed, making way for two new offices. Moreover, the grass area on the left side will be converted into an outdoor seating area for employees, while the one on the opposite side will be removed, creating space to building a new meeting room and a new restroom.
