The process illustrates how canned beverages are being prepared in a particular energy drink company. At a glance, the process starts with water treatment and ends with packaging for either distribution or storing, comprising 10 steps.
The initial step is water treatment, where happens filtration and purification, which is followed by the task of mixing a special syrup, fragrances and conservatives with that cleaned water. Afterwards, the liquid preparation process concludes with carbonation, which is undertaken by a pump.
From a different direction, chunks of aluminum get transformed into round sheets prior to being formed into cylindrical cans, which then get painted and sealed. Furthermore, 0.3 liters of the liquid, which has been prepared before, will be poured into each of those cans. If quality inspections don’t find any blemishes, those prepared drinks are sent to packaging, and in that stage, half of the products get dispatched to clients and the other half remains in warehouses.
