The process illustrates how canned beverages are prepared at a specific energy drink company. The procedure begins with water treatment and concludes with packaging for distribution or storage, comprising a total of ten steps.
The initial step is water treatment, which involves filtration and purification. This is followed by the mixing of a special syrup, fragrances, and preservatives with the purified water. Afterward, the liquid preparation process is completed with carbonation, which is conducted using a pump.
Simultaneously, chunks of aluminum are transformed into round sheets before being shaped into cylindrical cans. These cans are then painted and sealed. Next, 0.3 liters of the previously prepared liquid is poured into each can. If quality inspections find no defects, the prepared drinks are sent for packaging. At this stage, half of the products are dispatched to clients, while the other half is stored in warehouses.
