The diagram illustrates how ceramic pots are produced with steps. Overall, there are three main stages, including: digging raw materials, and sending to the factories, mixing and also coloring the ceramic pots.
In the first step, raw materials are digged by special machines, after that ready materials send to the factory. Once ceramic has delivered to the factory, ceramic passes the crushing process. After crushing has finished, ceramic is mixed with water and then moulds in specific cases for shaping.
After pouring the liquid ceramic mixture into moulds, the pots take about four to six hours to dry. Once dried, the clay pots are assembled and then placed into an oven, where they are fired at a temperature of one thousand degrees Celsius. This firing process solidifies the pots. After firing, the ceramic pots are ready for the final step, which involves coloring and finishing them with various colors.
