The picture depicts the production of recycled paper in a factory.
Overall, thrown-away paper undergoes four main stages, namely making pulp, filtering, cleaning, and producing paper, before being transformed into new paper for usage.
Examining the two first processes, several artificial chemicals are used to treat old paper. Firstly, robotic arms catergorize papers and put them into a pot, in which water and chemicals were already mixed, with the help of conveyor belt. Next, workers leave the refined pulp set inside a container with a tub so that it can run through afterward.
The next steps play pivotal role in the formation of paper after being treated. The cleaning progress starts with putting the pulp inside a bathtub-shaped container, where water, soap, and compressed air are bumped into, then finishes when the mixture is soaked with water and chemicals. Moving to the last step, another conveyor belt transport the cleaned pulp to a set of rollers to press the mixture into paper. With the heat from the rollers, the papers are soon dried and straightened, then curl them into a roll of paper before selling.
