Overall, as can be seen from the diagram, the process has four steps, beginning with the pulp is made and culminating with the making recycled paper.
The process begins with making pulp. During this stage, used paper is transported to the box including water chemicals by conveyor belt. Moving forward, the product in first step is unfiltered pulp which is filtered in the filtering equipment to remove contaminants and producing filtered pulp.
The process continues with filtered pulp is cleaned with mixing water and soap in the cleaning unit. On the other hand, the tube is connected with the mixing product to clear ink and impurities. The final step involves cleaned pulp being moved to the paper-making machine with another conveyor belt. During this stage, cleaned pulp is passed through the heated rollers to remove water and ending with recycled paper is produced.
