The diagram illustrates the manufacturing process of steel rods in a furniture factory.
It is clear that there are a number of stages in this process and a number of tools. It is also noticeable that the process starts with melting raw materials and ends with inspecting the final products for delivery.
At the beginning of the steel manufacturing process, there are three kinds of raw materials mixed into a vat. After adding iron ore, yellow ore, and carbon, they are melted in the melting slit at temperatures between 1300-1500 degrees Celsius. In the following stage, the melted materials are purified in the smelting chamber, then poured into ingots in the next step. Afterwards, the poured metal goes into the nozzles to the cooling zone, then they are rolled by rollers.
For the remaining stages, the rolled metal is heated in the heating machine, then the surface is checked by an automated system. After checking the surface, the steel rods are cut by a cutter. In the final stage of the process, the company logo is stamped onto the rods, and then they undergo a quality check before being prepared for delivery.
