The demonstration depicts the procedure of manufacturing steel rods in the furniture industry.
The process starts with the collection of Rome material such as iron or yellow or and carbon into a container, which is then melted in a slit at the temperature where it between 1300 to 1500°C. The melted mixture is then transferred into smelting cabin for refinement. When it is properly refined, it is ped into a pouring machine comprising of ingots , these ingots are connected to a cooling reservoir , which forms strands out of the heating material poured , this processes called strand casting.
At step six, the strands are rolled on a roller machine, then followed by giving them heat treatment inside the heating machine . The substance is then pleased in measuring automation for its surface check. Up Next, the obtained object is given desired shape, followed by sticking the stamp of the manufacturer. At last step, the final product is then sent for inspection, therefore the process commences again.
Overall, the 11th step cycle begins with loads of material, collected into one container and ends with the production of new products. All mentioned steps are crucially significant in making of steel rods.
