The diagram shows how steel rods are produced in the furniture industry, outlining the transformation of raw materials into finished products through a series of steps.
Overall, the process consists of 10 main stages, beginning with raw material and ending with inspection. All stages are clearly structured and require specific materials and equipment.
At the beginning of the process, mixture of metals placed into the melting slit, where temperature reaches about 1300-1500°C. Next, refinement process begins in a smelting cabin. Subsequently, candescent metal is poured into ingots by pouring machine. Following this, ingots are connected to a cooling reservoir. Metal goes through nozzles where temperature about 60 to 100°C.
In the subsequent stage, there are three stages. Rooling, heat treatment and surface check thar done by rollers, heating machine and measuring automation. Thereafter, sizing process, where metal is cut by cutter. Once this is completed, ID stamping comes and finally the finished product goes through inspection and is distributed for use.
