The given diagram depicts a manufacturing process for steel rods in the furniture industry.
Overall, the process consists of eleven stages, which begins with collecting raw material and ends with inspection.
Firstly, all of the prepared raw materials, including iron ore, yellow ore and carbon, is placed into the melting slit for the melting process with the temperature accounting for 1300-1500C. Then, the melted material is poured into the smelting cabin for the refinement process. After that, the candescent metal is poured into ingots by the pouring machine.
Ingots are connected to a cooling reservoir, where the temperature ranges from 60 to 100C. During the strand casting stage, metal goes through nozzles and forms into strands of cooled metal. Subsequently, that strands go through the rolling process using rollers, followed by the heat treatment step which the strands are heated in the heating machine and then going to the surface check with measuring automaton. The product will be cut by a cutter in the sizing stage before being stamped ID. Finally, the final steel rods will go through the inspection process before being ready to use.
