The diagram shows how steel rods are produced in the furniture industry, outlining the transformation of raw materials into finished products through a series of steps.
Overall, the process consists of 10 main stages, beginning with raw materials and ending with inspection. All stages are clearly structured and require specific materials and equipment.
At the beginning of the process, a mixture of metals is placed into the melting slit, where the temperature reaches about 1300–1500°C. Next, the refinement process begins in a smelting cabin. Subsequently, the incandescent metal is poured into ingots by a pouring machine. Following this, the ingots are connected to a cooling reservoir. The metal goes through nozzles where the temperature is about 60 to 100°C.
In the subsequent stage, there are three stages: rolling, heat treatment, and surface checks that are done by rollers, a heating machine, and measuring automation. Thereafter, the sizing process occurs, where the metal is cut by a cutter. Once this is completed, ID stamping occurs, and finally, the finished product goes through inspection and is distributed for use.
