Overall, the manufacturing process consists of nine stages, beginning with the planting of bamboo for fabrics to make wearable clothes, such as socks and t-shirts.
Initially, the bamboo starts growing in the spring season, and harvested in autumn season, after the bamboo is fully grown. It is then cut into strips and crushed to make a liquid pulp. After it is completely crushed, it goes for the filteration process to seperate long fibers from liquid. To make the fiber soft, water and amine oxide are added.
Subsequently, the softened fibres then goes for the spinning process to make a yarn. Although the yarn is ready, it still needs to be woven to make a ready to wear fabric clothes. Finally, the clothes such as socks and t-shirts are ready to be worn by individuals, and they are distributed to the markets to generate money.
