After rolling, while the oolong tea leaves is exposed to air 4 hour before drying, the green tea leaves goes straight to the drying process . Afterwards, green tea and oolong tea is produced
Moving to small leaf black tea, firstly, small leaf black tea leaves is collected and took to the crusher. In this stage, the small leaf black tea is crushed to the smaller leaves. Afterward, the smaller leaves is exposed to air in 2 hour to remove the water and reduce the humidity ò the tea leaves. Finally, these smaller tea leaves undergoes a drying process, producing the small leaf black tea
