The diagram illustrates the process of preparing of furniture from the cutted tress.
Overall, the production process consists of nine stages, with involving two main steps; preparation and production. The overall process starts with the cutting of trees before ending with making furniture.
In the preparation stage, trees are being prepared for cutting, then sending for trimming to getting of thin logs. Subsequently, these logs are passed for making od wood chips. Once having wood chips, they are constantly exposured steam by hot air for drying. In the final stage of preparation, grinding materials are storaged in the wagons for arounf 3-4 weeks.
Regarding the production process, it starts with loading of the grinded materials into special production equipment by adding glue and water, getting moulded material. Following this stage, the moulded mass are shaped in different variations. After, shaped materials are sent for pressing, which gets chipboard. Ultimately, chipboards then are used for making different furnitures.
