The picture depict about process of recyling glass bottles into new bottle. Overall, as we can see there are include seven steps, starting from collection of used bottles to the production of new bottles.
At the beginning, glass bottles are collected from public and sorted into three categories: green, clear and brown. Afterward, the bottles are transported to the classification step, where they are further separated based on the type of caps: metal caps and plastic caps. In the next step, at the processing plant, the botles are broken into pieces and carried by car to the glass and raw materials factory. At this stage, the brokenglass is combined with raw materials. In the step six, the materials are melted in a furnace at a temperature around 1200 degree celsius. Finally, in step seven, the melted mixture is reshaped into new botles. These new bottles are then ready to be distributed to resellers.
All in all, the recycling process for glass bottles involves a systematic series of seven steps, ensuring the transportation of old bottles into reusable ones.
