The diagram demonstrates the process of recycling glass into new ones.
Overall, the process has seven stages and illustrates the recycling step by step, starting with collection of glass bottles and culminating in the production of new glass bottles.
To begin with, the first stage explains the collection of bottles for transportation to
specific facilities, where the initial stages of the process start. When bottles reach the destination, they are separated into two different types of caps: metal caps and plastic caps. Then, when classification is over, all the glass is broken and then delivered by car to another part of the factory. There, the received broken glass is mixed with other raw materials and, following this, is heated in the furnaces to under 1200 degrees C. After some hours, this melted mixture is transformed into new glass bottles and then delivered to glass factories, where the bottles are used for production in the future.
