The diagram demonstrates the process how manufacturing bricks are used for building industry.
Overall, it is a line process consisting of 3 main stages: mass preparation, hardening and transportation. The first step is to get a mass consisting of various components, including clay with digger. The mass should be divided by sieve into metal grid and clay. In addition, clay is being added sand and water to achieve a significant structure ready for pouring into the mould. After, there are 2 ways to shape a future brick cutting and forming. The former, the mass of sand, water and clay is putted into the mechanism it is rolled out and cut into bricks. While the letter, the mixture is poured into an already prepared mold.
Future bricks stacked in rows to the drying oven from 24 to 48 hours. Next, it is passed two kilns with moderate from 200 to 980 C and high from 870 to 1300 C temratures respectively. The last but not list, on this stage is cooling chamber where mass should have lived from 48 to 72 hours. Finally, after all the manipulation, bricks are ready for packing and then delivering.
