The diagram describes the method involved in the production of bricks for a building industry.
Overall, there are six process in the manufacturing of bricks, beginning with digging of clay to package for delivery to industry worldwide.
The procedure begins with the digging of clay from from the soil using a machine which is then transfered to a metal grid for separations of clay particles into a roller. The separated particles are mixed with sand and water which can be placed inside a wire cutter or moulded to produce bricks.
The bricks are dried in a drying oven for about 24 to 28 hours. They are the moved from a kiln chamber of moderate temperature (200°c-960°c) to that of high temperature (870°c-1300°c). The bricks are cooled in a cooling chamber for 48 to 72 hours. They are packaged and transported with a vehicle and delivered to building industries across the country
