The process by which cans are recycled can be outlined in a number of consecutive steps. The process can be broken down into two main stages: preparing the cans for process and recycling process itself. The process is a complex one, which requires six weeks for cans to be recycled.
In the initial stages, waste of cans is delivered to factory where cans are cleaned with water. Subsequent to this, cans are broken into small pieces after which the process of recycling cans is commenced.
The next stage of process begins when crushed cans are erased with chemicals from dirt and other impurities. Once heated in a oven, metal liquid is then put into mould to shape new cans. After that, weighting process is started to assess all the data about cans. Ultimately, cans are rolled on special machine after which new cans are ready for sale.
