The diagram illustrated above depicts the process by which a bottle of wine recycled.Overall, this intricate and entirely man-made procedure comprises several stages, commencing with picking grapes and culminates in the production of wine available for consumer purchase.
Initially, grapes are picked from orchards with the help of industrial tools in order to undergo a series of transformation. The transformation begins with, 400 ripe grapes going through a specialized machine which conveys grapes into 300 ml fresh juice, during which residual juice is composted for recycling processes.Following this, about 2 weeks later the substance is fermented to ensure alcohol is obtained for subsequent stages. After the fermentation phase, they are compressed by a pressing machine resulting in 1000ml liquid solution and simultaneously the waste can be composted. At the next stage, the liquid passes through a filterization unit to remove any impurities. At this point, the left over liquid is also composted for further recycling.
Next, the liquid is left over in a wooden container to ensure it remains in an optimal condition. Then, the liquid is poured into bottles which have a capacity of 750 ml of wine. Finally, they are distributed by trucks to their intended destinations like supermarkets, making it available for wine lovers.
