At first, used bottles is collected from customers and transported to the recycle plant. They are then separate by color into green, brown, and clear before being cleaned with high pressure water. This stage ensure that all bottles is free of dust or dirt.
Then, the bottles is broken into pieces and heated in furnace to become liquid glass. New glass can also be add to make stronger material. After that, the liquid is put into moulds to form new bottles. Lastly, these bottles are filled and packed before being sent back to supermarkets.
