The diagram illustrates the process involved in the canning of pears.
Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the pear canning process includes three major stages , started harvesting and transportation of the fruit, followed by preparation and processing, and finally, sealing, labeling, and distribution to retailers.
The whole process commences with ripe pears being hand-picked and transported to a processing facility. Upon arrival, the fruits are washed and undergo a quality check to ensure only the best pears are used. They are then cooled in cold storage to maintain freshness. Once cooled, the pears are weighed and peeled to prepare them for further processing.
In the next stage, the peeled fruits are sliced and placed into cans. These cans are then sealed . Following sealing, the cans are sterilized and final stage involves labeling the sterilized cans, storing them, and transporting them to retail outlets for sale to consumers.
