The picture illustrates stages to turn sugar canes into sugar. Overall, the process can be divided into 7 steps, starting with growing sugar canes and concluding with drying and cooling sugar.
At the initial step, sugar canes are grown within 12 to 18 months. When sugar canes come to harvest seasons, they are collected by 2 methods. Firstly, sugar canes are harvested manually and secondly, they are collected by machines. After that they are crushed to squeeze out the juice. Then the juice is purified by a filter with a special material, which is limestone to remove dirt or unwanted objects.
Next stage, filtered juice is evaporated by heat measure and the juice turns into the syrup. Before drying and cooling, syrup will be poured into a centrifuge and the syrup turns into sugar crystals. Lastly, sugar crystals are dried and cooled, then the final product is ready for distribution to customers.
