The given pictorial process diagram delineates the information about the process of tea leaves converting into five different variety of tea types from which consumers can make various recipies.
Overall, it is immediately apparent from the picture that the perticular type of tea requires necessary steps among all three steps are common such as plucking followed by wilting also called withering and Oven dryings.
Firstly, The leaves are grown after that they are then plucked by hand or with help of machinery and following this witherning of the leaves occurs. Later differing methods of production are employed. However, white tea is unique as it involves no other processing after oven drying.
In contrast, green, oolong and large leaf black tea are all rolled as a part of process. While, green tea is steamed before being rolled but is not fermented. Whereas the other two teas are first rolled and then both fermented among oolong only needs slight fermentation but full fermentation needed for large leaf black tea. Finally, small leaf black tea is neithen Steamed nor rolled but is crused before being fully fermented.
