The process demonstrates the producing of five tea types: white tea, green tea, oolong tea, large leaf black tea, small leaf black tea.
Overall, the process involves up to seven main stages. Although each tea type has a different method, all are begun with tea cultivation and ended with open drying.
The first three steps are applied to make five tea types, tea trees are planted until they are in appropriate drop, their leaves are plucked to wither them. Right away after these steps, green tea leaves are steamed then rolled. However, oolong tea leaves are rolled without steaming like green tea. After that, these rolled leaves are slightly fermented.
Regarding the producing of large leaf black tea, besides rolling after the first three steps, all tea leaves are significantly fermented. The process of making small leaf black tea is similar, but instead of rolling, the leaves are crushed to become smaller. After all, five tea types are dried naturally.
