One is the figure that is over 80 precent and under. Overall, Europe has the highest percent among other continent and male figures in all regions are higher than female.
To begin with the continent that has the highest figures is Europes. Male’s population percent this region has is slightly higher than female 1.5 percent which each figure are 97.7 and 96.2 respectively. Moreover, there are two more regions with ability rate above 80 percent. Both American and Oceania are approximately 10 digits below hundreds, while Oceania has marginally larger figure than American with 91.1 percent for female and 92.5 percent of male.
On the other hand, two other continent which the rate are below 80 percent are Africa and Asia. Fourth ranked in the bar chart with around two-thirds of the teenager writing and reading rate is Asia. Lastly, Just only 61.7 percent for male and only 38.5 percent for female which is the lowest bar in this chart by far.
