Then, these fishes are running through many food processing. They are cut open by a sharp knife, and lots of fish slices are directly put into mix liquid between salt water and yellow colouring. When they are processed perfectly, those slices have been smoken to make smoked fish. Afterward, they are qualified enough to packaging and freezing them for remaining their fresh. Finally, these boxes arrives from cold store to distributors. And smoked fishes will be sold in many fish shops or supermarket.
