The diagrams illustrate the process of making wool. Overall, the procedure consists of two main stages: the initial processing of the raw wool, followed by its preparation for two end uses: recycling and wool productions. Notably, while some steps require manual labor, other stages are automated.
The preparation begins with shearing the sheep, after which it is cleaned in order to remove impurities. Once cleaned, wool is dried and then spun using a special equipment. After this, the process is divided into two separate ways: recycling and wool production.
The former continuous with stringing stage and further recycling. As for latter way, the spinning step is followed by taking the wool. Subsequently, tufts of wool is obtained and stored in separate boxes. Taken balls of yarn is then go to knitting or producing carpets and jackets.
