The provided figure illustrates the steps involved in the production of natural gas and its delivery to the customers.
Overall, while the production of gas alone does not involve many steps, transporting it to its respective destination is what requires several process. The whole process, extraction of gas to delivering for its use, uses few tools and equipment.
Initially, gas well is used to extract raw natural gas from under the ground, which is then processed in a gas processing station. After processing is completed, the gas is ready for distribution. Tankers deliver the gas to either gas station or gas supply station. Now vehicles can fill their tanks with petrol and diesel form the gas station. Similarly, gas, from gas supply station is either provided directly to the households using pipleline network or the gas is filled in gas tanks. Both the procedures are for the household uses, equipments that run on gas.
