The diagram illustrates the sequential stages involved in the production of frozen fish pies, showing how separate processing lines for potatoes and salmon are combined to create a finished product.
Overall, the process consists of eight stages, beginning with the preparation of the fish and culminating in the delivery of the finished product.
In the initial stage, potatoes are delivered to the factory, where they may be kept for up to one month. Once required for production, the vegetables undergo a cleaning process followed by mechanical peeling. The peeled potatoes are subsequently sliced and subjected to boiling, after which they are chilled. Finally, this processed ingredient is stored temporarily, awaiting integration into the pies in the subsequent stages
Following this, they added a lemon juice and salt to a fresh salmon. Prior to removing skin and bones from the salmon they exposed it to a steam oven. After that they started to prepare peas and sauce and they subsequently added potatoes.
The final step is to freeze all the dishes for this they have allocated a special employee in wrapping the dish. In addition, all dishes were stored for only 12 hours
